How much does DecoverAI cost?
Plans are priced per seat. Advanced is $99 per seat per month, or $999 per seat per year, with no seat minimum. Enterprise is priced on request, with a minimum of 50 seats. AI usage is billed separately at $5 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens.
How is storage priced?
Additional storage can be purchased at $60 per GB per month on either plan.
How is AI usage priced?
AI usage is billed per token at $5 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens on every tier. Token prices may change as model availability changes.
Does GenAI review need a seed set?
No. DecoverAI applies generative AI classification across the corpus on upload, without an attorney-labeled TAR seed set. Attorneys review and can override every responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality call.
Is privilege log included?
Yes. Auto-generated privilege logs are available on every tier and export with the production. No per-entry fee and no separate SKU.
Do batch AI operations require credits?
No. There are no prepaid credits to forecast, purchase, or lose. Batch summaries, topic analysis, custom extractions, coding suggestions, and translations are available on every tier and billed per token as you use them.
What support is included with each plan?
Advanced includes the Slack community and office hours. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, Solutions Attorney support, and a team product walkthrough. Every plan receives weekly product updates.
Can DecoverAI be deployed on-premise or single-tenant?
Yes. Enterprise runs as a private, single-tenant deployment. On-premise deployment is available with a minimum annual commitment of $20,000.
When do I need LegalOps Support?
LegalOps Support is ideal for matters exceeding 100,000 documents, multi-party litigation with complex privilege issues, regulatory investigations with specific production requirements, and data-room reviews where your deal team wants help setting up the matter, agreeing classification criteria, and coordinating diligence review. It is billed at $150 per hour.
Is my data secure?
Yes. DecoverAI is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant, with role-based access control. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Your documents are never used to train AI models. HIPAA coverage is included on Advanced and Enterprise.
